I cant think of anything significant for Rag...
but the wing meant something.. it was known that Morpheus the God of Dreams comes to you in his immortal form with a pair of black wings... and as raggers... we are the ones who make the dreams... so thus the wings...

for your info... Morpheus has two other well-known brothers... they are also gods of your dreams.. but they do different things... Phobetor, who turns into animals and creatures, or animated objects in your dreams, is in charge of scary dreams... nightmares... (thus the word "phobia"), and Phantasos, who turns into all inanimated objects... responsible for weird and quirky dreams... (thus the word "phantasmagoria" or "fantasy")... Morpheus is the most talented of them all, he could mimic any human beings in your dreams... even the voice and dress and mannerism and gait... as such... he is usually the main God of Dreams... they are all sons of the God of Sleep, Hypnos (thus the word "hypotise") and Goddess of the Night, Nyx.

All those info is just to see if you all can think of something interesting out of it and help me think of the logo design... thats abt all...

Remember, this logo must be generic... so that it can be used for all future rag comms.... (if they intend to use)...

As I was at the IHG Closing today, many thoughts raced in my mind.

I want to win and I want to win badly. When I saw TH cheering, I thought to myself, come August, I will be the one cheering with fellow Shearites celebrating. However, that needs a combination of luck, hardwork, endurance and the will to win.

We have what it takes, a good combination of manpower. TH lost their title last year in IHG, they got back what they lost. Same should go for us, we lost our shields last year, we should fight harder to get it back from our friendly neighbours.

As our friendly neighbours did their cheerleading performance, I got a bit scared and stressed. Veron was beside me, "stress liao, stress." Stressed indeed, but I believe that we will dare to reach the highest and let our creativity go really wild.

Indeed, for us Shearites to let the world, "Discover Our Passion and See Our Spirit."

V-Day, IHG Closing and Main Comm Meeting

Hey guys, happy belated Valentine's Day. I can't believe it that I am so boliao that I am blogging in central library now.

Let's remind ourselves that today is the IHG closing and there is main committee meeting tomorrow. Following that, is Chinese New Year. Time for more angbaos. =)

"S" for Super Sheares Hall?

While browsing through the photos that Tat retook (yes, according to him, he said that people complained that he was looking ugly in the shoot of Round 1, so he decided to retake his pictures with Chio that day. )

I noticed something stupid.

He has a superman "S" on his belt. Then, only I remembered that during the shoot, he pulled up his shirt and said: "Got "S", need to show the "S"."

Oh my, oh my. The epitome, don't let my eyes roll to California. But nevertheless, I thought it was funny that S = Super Sheares. Mwahhaha. May we sweep the shields coming August.

That's it from me, I am going down to Handball finals now. Sean Bai is playing and let's give a warm welcome to Soo Mingjie, our new secretary with supposedly dyed orange hair.
