RE: Where are the Raggers?
Well.. I guess you can't really blame people for shunning Rag.
If they don't want or can't join, then so be it.
Forcing them to join may result in a team of unhappy Shearites.
Anyways, Rag is really a voluntary commitment.
I joined Rag06/07 because I want to experience something new.
I joined Rag07/08 because I want to win.
I joined Rag08/09 because of work currently
(P.S. I am still looking for a personal reason..)

We should take our time to sweet talk them.
Not go to them and say,"Eh! Join Rag leh!"

Where are the raggers? Can someone tell me? Why is everyone shunning from Rag? Is Rag so scary?
Everyone says that they can't commit. They have internships. They prefer to do SWOC. They want to go home.
So, I ask. Is it fair to the Raggers that have voluntarily stepped up?
